| A $200.00 reservation deposit is required
& will be credited towards your rental.
We prefer reservation deposits with a check
or money order. You can mail the reservation deposit and we will hold the
date for you. Once it clears you are confirmed.
The security deposit is $450.00 and it
is due with your balance paymnent at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
After that, certifed funds will be required.
Your security deposit is mailed back to
you within 15 days minus any damage or cleaning charges (if applicable).
The homes must be returned in the same
clean condition they are received to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Linens are included and will be laundered
after your departure.
No smoking is permitted inside the homes.
No pets are allowed, except at Salt Point
which can accomodate 2 small to medium sized well-behaved pets. ($25 additional
per night w/$125 Maximum charge).
